Our Story
Amanda’s passion for dog grooming and care started in high school, where she worked at a boarding facility. This blossomed into a love of caring for pets.
After 5 years in the industry, she moved to the Richmond Vet Clinic and started building bonds with the pets of McHenry County.
Ten years later in the summer of 2021, Amanda started a new journey, moving Pup n’ Sudz to Fox Lake. With the help of family, friends, and the community, she continues bringing her passion of caring for all kinds of pets.

Amanda
Amanda graduated from the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in Arlington Heights, IL and also has a certificate for skin and coat care, as well as pet first aid. In addition to continuing her education at yearly seminars, she has competed in several grooming competitions to refine her techniques.
Sandy
Living with animals all her life, Sandy always knew she would turn it into a career. She has participated in grooming competitions for 4 years, where she progressed her skills and joined a groom team.
She now shares her passion with her daughter, through 4H. They care for a variety of animals from rats to rabbits, chickens, gecks, dogs, and cats!

Bath
Includes: Bath, Drying, Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Nail Trim/File
Basic bath duration: 30-45 minutes
(DeShedding may result in extra charge depending on the amount of hair & time)
Small Breed – $40 – Up to 25 lb (EX: Short Hair Chihuahua)
Medium Breed – $40 – 26 to 50 lb (EX: Doberman)
Large Breed – $50 –51 to 75 lb (EX: Dalmation)
XL Breed – $50 – 76 to 100 lb (EX: German Shepard)
XXL Breed – $60 – 101 lb and over (EX: Siberian Husky)

To maintain properly, nails should be trimmed every 4 weeks. Some may require every 2 weeks.
